On Friday morning September 27th, a 6x7, and a 5x7 bull elk locked antlers at 7:25 a.m. and fought for the next 30 minutes with a short interval where they broke contact and ran about the meadow. They then began fighting again until the 6x7 broke away and walked off at 7:55 a.m.
