Chicken of the woods Hors d'oeuvres and pasta

Cooked over a fire using a US Mountain Mess kit and big aluminum pan.

Hors d'oeuvres Ingredients:  Soy sauce, onion salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and pink sea salt. Lightly fry in butter until brown. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
