One curious cub tried to approach the cabin and come inside. The mama bear became defensive and tried to charge Sandy with her two kids through the window of the house. Bob Jamison used an air horn to scare the bears away and to deflect the attack.
The mama bear made three charges — two at the window of the house and another toward the back bedroom of the house. The scared cubs climbed up the tree for safety.
