Motorists had more than just the snow to contend with on Thursday afternoon.
In multiple videos shot by passers-by, the unphased ungulate appears to be held by reins out of the passenger side of a van. The van has a trailer hitched to the back and is at a stop on the shoulder of 309. The whole scenario was reportedly part of the cause of significant delays in the area in the afternoon. It's not clear what the camel was doing on the road. Caution strong language.
